Get Your Loved One Out Of Immigration Detention
The Villa Law Firm is experienced in assisting our non-citizen clients with obtaining legal status in the United States. We assist our clients with all aspects of the immigration process, whether that be assisting in bringing a family member to the U.S., maneuvering through the process of requesting asylum at the border, applying for asylum for those already in the U.S., gaining legal status for a family member already in the U.S., assisting those who have been victims of domestic violence or human trafficking in gaining their legal status, applying for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), as well as all forms of deportation defense if the non-citizen is already in removal proceedings.
We also assist our clients with appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) or to the Federal Courts, and in some cases can reopen cases for clients who have already been issued a final order of removal.
We also specialize in cases where the non-citizen has been convicted of a crime and are now being faced with deportation based upon that crime. Before you give up hope, contact The Villa Law Firm for a free consultation.

Right now, the United States is experiencing a mass immigration of Venezuelans fleeing persecution from the numerous issues occurring in Venezuela. Many of these immigrating Venezuelans are being taken advantage of by “coyotes” smuggling them into the United States and doing so for a very expensive fee.
However, if you or a family member are fleeing from Venezuela and have a potential claim for asylum, there is no need to be smuggled into the country. In fact, by doing so, an individual is already limiting the potential forms of relief that may be available to them in the future in order to gain their legal permanent residency (Greencard).
If you or a family member is in such a situation, please call The Villa Law Firm to discuss the proper way to come to the United States. The Villa Law Firm can assist you or your loved one with the preparation and representation needed to maneuver through the process of arriving into the United States, being detained and subsequently released from custody, and proceeding with your asylum case. Please contact The Villa Law Firm for more details.
With the recent granting of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to Venezuelans present in the United States prior to March 8, 2021, any Venezuelans currently in removal proceedings may have a new form of relief available to them. Please contact The Villa Law Firm to discuss how we can help you with this new form of potential relief.
With the current extreme conditions present in Venezuela and the acknowledgment of these conditions by the U.S. government by granting Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to Venezuelans, Venezuelans who are currently in the United States and who have already received a final order of removal but have not yet left the country may be eligible to reopen their removal proceedings. This would revoke the previously issued order of removal and allow for that individual to pursue new forms of relief. If you believe this could apply to you, please contact The Villa Law Firm. We can assist you throughout this process that could potentially result in your gaining legal permanent residence (Greencard).
